Young Businessmen administration receives ideas and pioneer businessman projects within the rehabilitation program (preparation)
It offers a motivating features to the participants
Young Businessmen administration in East chamber has started receiving the pioneers wishing to participate in the program (preparation) training programs, one of the Councils programs which closes applications receiving on Friday, March 18, 2016.
The administration continues to receive requests for participation of all university students in the eastern region which was allocated tomorrow, Monday, February 22, 2016 to receive the students in the main chamber head office in Dammam.
The administration received a number of pioneers for three days during the period from 15 until February 17, 2016, over the administrations participation during the training days in the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in order to attract participants for the program and explain its work mechanism.
The head of the administration Musaed Bin Zamel Al Zamel said that the program is one of the latest Executive administration programs for young Businessmen that is designed to serve young people recently graduated or in the process of graduation (subjected for application period) those who have ideas for projects and looking forward to its implementation on the ground through practicing the self-employment, and they have the enthusiasm and energy to do so.
Zamil called the pioneer businessman and owners of projects and ideas to seize the opportunity to participate and take advantage of the program, which provides excellent services to the participants in all the important and necessary details when thinking of establishing a business.
Zamil pointed to statistics that shows that the majority of those in such circumstances are forced to end their businesses in the first year of practice due to the weakness of the experience and management skills they have, despite their projects genius ideas, pointing that the preparation program presents to those promising young people a chance to avoid those losses by using the first months post-graduation period or the application period in a way which prepares them to achieve their ambitions.
Al Zamil said that the program aims to develop future pioneer businessman skills and boost their talents so that they possess the principles of free business and management skills that will protect them front facing any challenges at the beginning of their projects, and it aims to exposure to business conditions that relates to the planned project in terms of government requirements, registration and market study and its problems and the needs and requirements of customers etc., in addition ,the identification of science and basic applications of self-employment management including human resources, personnel affairs, finance, contracts and sales, public and government affairs ,etc.
Al-Zamil said the program offers a variety of services regarding the details of the business, including: access to steps and procedures of the start of the project since the occurrence of the idea and the market studies and even the creation of business and operational plan, and understanding the basic management skills such as team building, leadership and management of people and institutions, planning and problem solving skills, etc., and helping to prepare a comprehensive plan of action, and helping in view and a distinctive executive summary.
Zamil pointed that the participants will join a training program for 28 weeks and will be provided with several advantages including: Application course in different sections of a leading local companies, and the opportunity to participate in various training workshops during the training period and that helps to prepare a plan of work or the market or study etc. , some office space and a private "preparation lab" within the embracing company in order to build phases of the project, and a nominal financial reward monthly so the participant can devote himself to prepare the project properly.
At the end of the program and depending on the level of participant achievement, he will have the opportunity to present his idea at the embracing company. For those in charge of the of the preparation program, the success of the beneficiary of the program lies in the achievement of one of the following scenarios: that the idea of the participant gets the attention of of the embracing company ending up to be either an investment opportunity for the company or the seed of a new specialized department, or he gets the attention of the company so he gets a functional offer at the job as an associate member and effective in a leading company, or to be fully prepared and of a great confidence to go to the investor or the supporting actors.
to participate in the program it is required that the applicant must be a Saudi citizen, and be a member of the youth of East Businessmen administration, to be of a bachelor's degree or going to get it, and having an idea of a brilliant and creative and practicable business project , and to proof the seriousness and willingness to accept the terms and conditions of the program, and passing the personality test, and finally passing a personal interview and the selection committee.
